Consideration and quiet hours
- Please be considerate of neighbours and other residents.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
- Avoid loud music, television and conversations, especially on the balcony and staircase.
Occupancy and visitors
- No more than four registered guests may occupy the apartment.
- Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
- Events, parties and commercial photography or filming require prior consent.
Non-smoking apartment and pets
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
Care of the property
- Please use the apartment, furniture, appliances and shared areas with care.
- Report damage, faults or defects promptly.
- Do not move furniture or beds without consent.
Balcony and safety
- Open flames, barbecues and unattended candles are not permitted.
- Close windows and balcony doors when leaving and during strong wind or rain.
- Children must be supervised appropriately around the balcony and windows.
Underground garage and bicycles
- The designated parking space may be used; traffic and emergency routes must remain clear.
- Maximum entrance height is 2.10 m.
- Bicycles may be kept on the parking space if enough room remains. Charging e-bikes or batteries in the garage is not permitted.
Departure
- Check-out is by 10 am.
- Please wash used dishes or start the dishwasher, dispose of rubbish correctly and empty the fridge.
- Close windows and doors and return the key as explained in the departure instructions.
- Final cleaning is included. Exceptional soiling beyond normal use or damage may be charged where legally permitted.
Access and keys
- Access codes and keys must not be shared with unauthorised persons.
- Report a lost key immediately. Reasonable replacement costs may be charged where the loss was culpably caused.
Important access information
The apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor). There is no lift and several flights of stairs are required.
